about

Wilfred Owen is a big hero of mine, and the fact that he wrote many of his poems not a mile away from where I write 'Potter's Field' material is a constant source of often haunting inspiration. I have recorded these poems with the sole intention of trying to raise funds for the War Memorials Trust who look after and maintain the memorials to the million men who died fighting in a war to end wars, and the million more who died fighting the next.

This album is FREE to download, but I would ask that you make a donation to the War Memorials Trust in return for it. The web address is: www.warmemorials.org . Thank you.
